Responsibilities:

• ​Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Reaching out to customer leads through referrals.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and comments.
• Selling branded residences using comprehensive negotiations.
• Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists to the concerned department to top off the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the sales unites and payment services
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Hire real estate brokers matching with products criteria
• Ensure constant follow up on brokers and keep them updated with new produc
• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly results reports.

Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in Real Estate (must).
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage (recommended)
• High proficiency in English
