A job interview is a very important step in order to get a job, and you have to give a good impression to your interviewer, be able to impress him, and prove to him that you are a different person from other applicants for the same job.

There are many smart and talented people who haven't been able to get the jobs they want; Because the job interviews they underwent did not go as they should.

To help you pass the 'interview' job interview successfully, here are a set of tips that you should follow:

1- Do a company search

You should have some basic information about the company you want to work for; Because that will increase your chances of success. You have to know its basic information, direction, demands, advantages and disadvantages. Show how serious you are and how much you care about your future position if you work in it

View the job description: You must read the job description that has been applied for, know all abbreviations, phrases, and programs that the person applying for the job does not know, and search for basic information related to the job

2- Answer the usual questions before you go to the interview

4 - Don't forget your appearance

6- Marketing Personal Skills

Marketing the skills, capabilities, and qualifications of the applicant helps to give a positive impression to the person responsible for the interview, as it must be thought of as a commodity and the applicant would like to market for it, in addition to sharing the reasons for his entitlement to this job, and explaining the reason for interest in it and not others.

7 - What do you know about our company?

You may be asked this question in other forms, such as: What do you know about this institution/company? What do you know about our competitors? By asking such questions, the employer seeks to find out if you have any background about the company and its products. However, when answering this question, be sure to formulate your statements intelligently. Do not just repeat what was written on the company’s official website, but be sure to mention a special matter related to the company’s field of work, strategies, culture, values, or competitors and its role in the market. With this method of answering, you will show your interviewer that you have spent a good amount of time learning about the company and that you are really interested in the job.

8- End the interview with confidence

The end of the interview is a strong opportunity to conclude positively, and finally talk in a period ranging from thirty seconds to one minute about the capabilities and skills that the applicant possesses briefly, and to present information that was not addressed in a nutshell, and to confirm that he is the most suitable person for this job, The applicant can also shake hands with the person responsible for the interview again upon farewell, and thank him for taking the time to meet him.
