A leading development institution is seeking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join its Investment Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial, operational, and developmental studies related to the institution's investments, develop financial valuation models, and provide investment recommendations.
• Analyze the performance of portfolio companies by reviewing financial statements, periodic reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances against approved plans.
• Contribute to the evaluation of existing investments and the assessment of new investment, expansion, and exit opportunities.
• Monitor Board of Directors and General Assembly activities, review reports submitted by the institution's representatives, and assess companies' compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare periodic investment portfolio reports and presentations, and provide recommendations to support management's decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in investment, financial analysis, portfolio management, or company valuation. Experience within investment institutions, investment funds, or development organizations is preferred.
