JOB TITLE Health Informatics Officer JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Health Informatics Officer with a background in pharmacy to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Pharmaceutical Information Management System (PIMS). PIMS is a comprehensive digital platform that integrates pharmaceutical logistics, prescribing, dispensing, and reporting to strengthen supply chain management and improve patient care. The Health Informatics Officer will serve as a key link between clinical practice, pharmaceutical operations, and digital health systems by supporting system configuration, data quality, user adoption, training, workflow optimization, and evidence-based implementation. The role contributes to ensuring that PIMS effectively meets programmatic, operational, and clinical needs while supporting interoperability, standardization, and continuous enhancement of digital health services across implementation settings.
