ROLE

Your role as an HR generalist is to support the organization's human resources operations and promote a healthy work environment. You'll strive to make sure that HR procedures including compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment run smoothly. You will build and maintain relationships with both employees and other business stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Establishing and upholding HR policies and processes.
• Monitoring of staff KPI and performance management.
• Recruitment and selection along with talent management.
• Assurance of compliance with laws and regulations.
• Contract Management and HR administration.
• Ensuring excellent customer service in the form of employee support and satisfaction.
• Supporting a peaceful and effective workplace.

REQUIREMENTS in terms of experience, education and competencies

• Bachelor in HR, Business or any other related field.
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the medical industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong FU skills.
• Good knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law.
