Aljadeed Stores is seeking a skilled and experienced shop Manager to oversee all operations of the shop. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in retail management, inventory handling, sales development, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily shop operations
- Supervise and train sales staff
- Monitor and maintain stock and inventory
- Operate POS and inventory systems
- Recommend improvements in display and customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Proficient in using Excel, inventory software, and email
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Background in home decore is a plus 
- Sales or retail management training
