Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Support resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify potential project risks
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management.
  • Follow up on action items, deadlines, and tasks assigned to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within operational projects.
  • Manage a team of 15 drivers
  • Cold calling new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients.
  • Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Obtain new business from existing and new customers
  • Analyzing customer data basis and create road plan.
  • Solve issues arising from customers complaints.
  • Respond to emails and Act upon customers’ requests.
  • Manage import & export documentation.
  • Receiving client calls between 7:00am-10:00pm 6 days per week.
  • Manage all the company vehicles maintenance and regular servicing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the position

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an operational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
