Description
Title : YEP & PSS VOLUNTEER
Location: Zarqa
Scope of Work:
- Reaching the local CBOs to conduct YEP& PSS activities.
- Ability to provide the beneficiaries YEP& PSS (Youth empowerment program & Psychosocial support) activities sessions .
- Respect and commitment for child safeguarding and IMC policy
- Work closely with the Field Program Officer to ensure effective providing youth empowerment program and psychosocial support within internal SOPs of volunteers and YEP manual.
- Provide psychosocial support and youth empowerment program in Irbid and ensure providing the activities by suitable schedule.
- Commitment by PSEA guidance ( Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standard within IMC and amongst beneficiaries served by IMC.
- Conduct outreach activity in order to implement YEP& PSS activities.
- Provide the Field program officer the documents of the sessions and beneficiaries, Attendance sheet, registration, consent, work plans and forms.
- Ability to apply community projects with YEP beneficiaries for the local community.
- Enable to apply any further duties from the direct supervisor.
Skills required for this position
- Bachelor degree or Diploma. ·
- Good skills in dealing with children and adolescents. ·
- Good Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment,flexible and able to handle pressure well.
- Commitment to work time.
