JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Field Work Coordinator
Location : Amman, Jordan
Mission : Leaders International for Economic Development
Contract : Until December 2026
Start Date : July 15, 2025
Reporting to : Project Manager
Working Hours : Full time position (40 hours per week)

Job Summary


The Field Work Coordinator will oversee the coordination and implementation of field activities with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), ensure quality delivery of technical sessions, coaching, and awareness campaigns, and provide direct support to beneficiaries at the grassroots level.


Job Task and Responsibilities


Under the supervision of Project Manager, the Field Work Coordinator is responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of technical business sessions through partner CBOs.
• Supervise and support field workers and trainers during TOTs and training delivery.
• Facilitate outreach and beneficiary selection activities in collaboration with project team

• Monitor field implementation against plans and report progress and risks to the Project Manager.

• Ensure documentation and validation of training sessions, coaching activities, and outreach events.
• Liaise with partner CBOs to provide technical support and address operational challenges.
• Conduct regular field visits to validate beneficiary data, attendance, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate logistics for demo days, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder roundtables at the field level.
• Assist in collecting data and testimonials for visibility and reporting purposes.


Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in community development or coordination of field activities.
• Familiarity with the socio-economic landscape of the target governorates.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in remote communities.
• Proficiency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is preferred.
