Job Title: Amazon Sales Expert
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Amazon Sales Expert to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon's marketplace. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in growing sales, enhancing product visibility, and executing successful strategies within Amazon's ecosystem. The expert will be responsible for developing sales strategies, optimizing listings, and increasing brand awareness to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage high-performing product listings on Amazon, ensuring they are keyword-optimized, compelling, and aligned with Amazon's best practices.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement for product listings and overall sales performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to Amazon’s platform, including promotions, advertising, and pricing strategies to boost visibility and sales.
- Amazon Ads Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, sponsored products, and other paid advertising methods to drive traffic and increase sales.
- *Inventory Management*: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure products are in stock and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Reviews & Feedback: Monitor and manage product reviews, customer feedback, and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation and improve customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Amazon Seller Central and other tools to track sales data, identify key performance metrics, and report on sales growth and opportunities.
- Branding & Content Creation: Develop engaging product descriptions, images, and A+ content to enhance brand presence and differentiate products on Amazon.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all product listings, advertising, and promotions are compliant with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues related to account health, performance notifications, and Amazon seller support requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace, including expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and how to optimize product listings for organic and paid search results.
- Analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar).
- Experience in managing and scaling Amazon sales for various product categories.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) processes.
- Experience with Amazon’s international marketplaces (e.g., UK, EU, Canada).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization tools.
- Experience with eCommerce or digital marketing roles in other online marketplaces.
