📈 Marketing Team Leader
⚡⚡ We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Team Leader.
📍 Location: El Lebeiny, Haram (On-sit )
🕒 Shifts: 10 AM : 6 PM "Full Time Only"
📅 Days Off: 2 days per week
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team (content creators, media buyers, graphic designers) to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market analysis.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of organic and paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI, providing data-driven reports and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all content, creative assets, and communication reflect the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
📌 Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools, campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong leadership, task delegation, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
