Job Title: Software Deployment Assistant FSR# 707
Location: Amman
Job Summary
Deployment Assistant supports the deployment and implementation of software solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime. This role involves assisting in the preparation, coordination, and execution of software installations, updates, and configurations across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include working closely with the deployment team, conducting pre-deployment checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and on-site or remote support during rollouts. The assistant also collaborates with stakeholders to create deployment documentation and ensure that end-users are properly trained and supported.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software deployment processes and related tools, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. They should possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams and providing support to end users. Flexibility in managing tasks and responsibilities, along with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments, is essential for success in this role.
