Job Description and Requirements:

Amman Baptist School is Seeking a data-focused education professional to drive school improvement through analysis, reporting, and evidence-based planning aligned with our vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve education based on evidence, aligned with school vision and mission
• Collect and analyze school data to identify and prioritize improvement needs
• Use statistical methods to interpret and analyse results
• Develop systems to improve data collection and analysis efficiency
• Gather and maintain data from various sources
• Support continuous development in teaching and learning
• Share research findings across the school community
• Analyze local and international assessments to guide improvement
• Maintain historical data to monitor school and student performance
• Review assessment data with staff and plan actions
• Compile data into achievement profiles (student, subject, grade, school)
• Train staff to use data effectively in individual and group sessions
• Ensure accuracy and validity of all shared data

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with school data analysis and improvement planning
• Strong Excel and data tools skills
• Knowledge of student assessments (local & international)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
