Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Revie, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our audience visually and emotionally. You’ll create everything from high-performing social media ads and brand visuals to polished internal presentations and motion graphics. If you’re skilled in design, motion, and storytelling and have an eye for clean, modern, on-brand aesthetics, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for performance ads, social media content, and marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, etc).
• Collaborate with the team on creative direction, storyboards, and mood boards for shoots and campaigns.
• Work on company presentations (client decks, internal docs), elevating brand professionalism and visual clarity.
• Create motion graphics and short-form video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Apply color correction and grading to video footage to ensure a professional and visually consistent look.
• Ensure all visual output is aligned with brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and iconography.
• Manage and maintain shared drives, clear folder structures, and version control across design files.
• Collaborate with other teams using Figma, Google Drive, and shared review tools.
• Prepare and optimize design assets for various platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc), ensuring fast load times and platform compliance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Figma for social media and brand asset collaboration.
• Basic skills in motion graphics, animation, and storyboarding.
• Familiarity with video production: gimbals/stabilization tools, digital enhancement, and on-set collaboration.
• Strong grasp of export settings: codecs, bitrates, aspect ratios, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs into effective designs.
• Highly organized with versioning and file-naming best practices.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Nice to Have

• Experience working with interior design or architecture-related content.
• Knowledge of Arabic and English for bilingual visual communication.
• Passion for creating content that is engaging, elegant, and conversion-driven.
• Worked in a technology company before
