Project Management & Leadership

• Design, execute, and lead projects end-to-end, aligning with client objectives, stakeholder expectations, and organizational goals.
• Plan project activities by defining milestones, timelines, staffing, deliverables, and budgets.
• Manage project teams, researchers, and consultants, ensuring effective task distribution and day-to-day follow-up.
• Aproe operational and staffing plans to balance quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct project inception meetings, kick-offs, and progress reporting (daily, weekly, or monthly) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
• Sign off on project completion, confirming all deliverables and requirements are met.

Client Engagement & Servicing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through updates, reports, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate complex business objectives into research deliverables that support client decision-making.
• Present findings and insights to clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Support proposal development, contributing to the design and writing of research proposals.

Research Design & Implementation

• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies and techniques, developing survey tools and study protocols tailored to project needs.
• Oversee report development, providing actionable recommendations that drive client impact.
• Coordinate with data processing and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality outputs.
• Develop inception and methodology reports, training agendas, enumerator tests, and cognitive tools.
• Facilitate necessary client approvals and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Ensure adherence to company processes, research guidelines, and client data management protocols.
• Review study tools, training materials, deliverables, and analyses in both English and Arabic for accuracy and consistency.
• Test and review scripted tools, providing feedback to data processing teams.
• Monitor data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes, identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain oversight of timesheets, project performance, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure final deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations.
