Objectives:
· Drive new business development by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into clients.
· Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, relationship management, and execution of business development strategies.
· Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure business growth.
· Represent the company effectively in domestic market and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

· Research and identify new business opportunities to generate a strong pipeline of prospects.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue streams.
· Convert prospects into loyal clients through effective negotiations and relationship-building.
· Regular travel to meet with customers, understand their needs, and present solutions.
· Develop strong, long-term relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, SCM, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and business alignment.
· Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
· Share insights with the team to refine business development and sales strategies.
· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning, relationship management and a solutions-oriented approach.
· Regularly report on progress and achievements in sales and business development.

Other requirements:
Work Experience: Industry: Plastic & Rubber Industry Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of Experience in Sales of PVC Stabilizer, Plasticizer or any other PVC additives in Egypt market is preferred. Experience on the Technical Side is an added advantage.
Education qualification: Mandatory: - Graduate Desirable: - MBA (Marketing)
