Job Description:
• As a Learning and Development Specialist at Property Shop Investment (PSI), you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by:
• Designing and implementing innovative learning programs that align with our business goals.
• Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials.
• Delivering dynamic training sessions and workshops.-
• Measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making data-driven improvements.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on their learning journeys.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
• Should be UAE resident
• Arabic speaker
• TOT is a must
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping others learn and grow.
• Innovative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
