·        3-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in financial institutions or consulting firms.
·        Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly with the ERM, Risk Management, and Analytics modules.
·        Proven track record of working with financial risk models and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS, etc.).
·        Experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise risk management systems.
·        Proficiency in risk management concepts, tools, and techniques.
·        Hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA, SQL, and data integration tools.
·        Familiarity with data modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI).
·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Strong communication skills to present complex risk data to non-technical stakeholders.
·        Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
·        Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
