We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled  Sales Specialist - Videojet Production Innovative Solutions  to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base for Videojet brand by delivering technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in production, and sales acumen, as a specialist, you will educate customers about new production innovative smart systems and superior solutions, provide insights on how our products can effectively address their specific needs.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their specific coding and marking needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to demonstrate the workings and benefits of new smart innovative machines including -but not limited to- labelling, inspection, coding, production, packaging, and associated technologies.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business development manager to develop and execute strategies for management to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert advice and support to customers during their pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring successful implementation and operation of the products.
  • Market Analysis: Prepare SOWT analysis for current situation and present to COO. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business development opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Product Training: Company will conduct training about the products. You will educate customers and internal team members about the features and advantages of the new products through in-depth training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, providing regular weekly updates on sales performance and forecasts to the COO.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  1. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered .
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of technical sales or engineering experience in a related field, ideally in manufacturing, production,  automation, or print technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of coding and marking technologies; experience with printers, inks, and automation preferred.
  • Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and design solutions that meet their specifications and requirements.
