Increase company sales by meeting with potential clients, negotiating offers and marketing the company:-
Build a database of all potential clients by searching new clients who might need company service or products and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
Explain different systems and show samples and discuss offers with potential clients.
Handle clients’ inquiries, requirements and complains to maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate and close the order in line with company policies.
Check received orders for correctness; ask for amendments if any from client.
Provide the correct data to coordination / technical team for receiving drawings if any.
Collect payments / forms as per terms and conditions accepted.
Provide necessary reports and information as required by management from time to time.
Meet architects / consultants for product presentation and specification
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by salesmen.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in sales of fabricated aluminum products including but not limited to aluminum windows, doors, partitions, frameless/ point facades, conventional/ structural glazed curtain wall system, skylights-domes etc.
Experience in aluminum and steel sales
Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure
Good relations/connections in the construction marketing to help in finding new customers.
Proficiency in English language is a must.
Computer literacy. Customer Oriented.
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, etc )
