Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineer (Showroom), your role involves supporting solution selling, delivering powerful presentations and demos, and assisting clients in understanding how a product meets their needs by customizing products to fit specific client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Technical and Financial Offers: Prepare and deliver technical and financial proposals to customers.
• Communicate with factory to ensure inventory availability.
• Provide on-site technical support and assist with customer inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain and expand a working knowledge of current and future product offerings.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Check in with customers who visited showroom.
• Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow up with customers on the progress of their orders.
• Related Duties: Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• B.A in Civil Engineering.

Languages:

• Arabic (Native)
• English (very good, written and verbal)

Years of experience:

• 0-2 years of experience.

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• problem-solving skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
