Job Description and Requirements

The MMS is a Council of International Schools (CIS) - accredited, IB-Continuum World School combining the Montessori methodology in Kindergarten with the IB Program and specializing in cultivating well-rounded students and global citizens.

It is MMS policy to attract, develop, motivate and reward the highest caliber teachers and employees based on qualifications, experience, performance and skills.

All resourcing decisions will embody the following principles, where we strive to:

As a leading premium school, all candidates applying to the MMS must meet our base requirements of a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, certification in one of the four IB Programs (or, to a lesser extent, other International Programs), and a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an international school.
