A long-established engineering and contracting company with head offices in Amman — serving Jordan's heavy industry with a wide industrial product range and full EPC capability - has a vacancy for a Proposal Sales Engineer.

THE ROLE

• Own tenders and RFQs end-to-end: read the spec, clarify missing data, source from our principals and suppliers, and submit a compliant, competitive offer on time.
• Match customer requirements to the right product across a wide industrial supply range - from a single bolt to a turnkey EPC package.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in Jordan's refinery, power, mining, fertilizer and water sectors, and regionally.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, principals and suppliers - and build new ones.
• Keep the bid record clean: pricing history, technical clarifications, lessons learned.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering ONLY.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in sales, proposals, or applications engineering for industrial products.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with technical specifications, datasheets, and standards (API, ASME, IEC).
• Strong Excel, Word, and CRM skills; fast and accurate under deadlines.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Amman.
