تدير منظمة أطباء بلا حدود برنامج الجراحة الترميمية في عمان، الذي افتتح في عام 2006، وهو يتيح الوصول إلى الجراحة الترميمية (جراحة العظام والبلاستيك والوجه والفكين) لجرحى الحرب ويوفر رعاية صحية شاملة. تهدف منظمة أطباء بلا حدود إلى تحديد وإحالة المرضى من الدول المجاورة (العراق واليمن وسوريا والدول الأخرى التي تعاني من نزاعات) ثم ضمان متابعتهم الطبية بعد الخروج من المستشفى.

لذلك يقوم مستشفى أطباء بلا حدود للجراحة الترميمية في عمان بتعيين فني صيانة متعد المهام بنظام المياومة.

الوصف الوظيفي:

تنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح / الصيانة / البناء، وفقًا لتعليمات المشرف ومعايير منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، من أجل ضمان التشغيل السليم ومنع الأخطاء أو تدهور معدات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو المنشأة أو البنى التحتية.

المهام الوظيفية

• تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الصغيرة (البناء، الإصلاحات، إلخ) التي يطلبها المدير المباشر، بالإضافة إلى أي مهمة يحددها الموظف ويوافق عليها المدير المباشر.
• إجراء صيانة دورية لمنشآت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود/المعدات/البنى التحتية، ولا سيما بما يتماشى مع خطة الصيانة الوقائية (الإجراءات الواجب اتباعها، والجدول الزمني، وما إلى ذلك).
• في حالة وجود أخطاء/تدهور، تشخيص المشكلة واقتراح الحلول الممكنة للمدير المباشر و/أو المستشار الفني.
• إجراء أي اختبارات/فحوصات ضرورية للتأكد من التشغيل السليم للتركيب أو المعدات بعد الإصلاح.
• ضمان الإدارة الفعالة وحماية ورعاية أدوات العمل (بما في ذلك تركيبات الموقع تحت إشراف الموظف) والحفاظ على ورشة العمل مرتبة.
• التأكد من وجود مخزون كاف من المواد الاستهلاكية والمواد اللازمة للإصلاحات البسيطة وإدارة تلك المخزونات. تقديم الطلبات في الوقت المناسب.
• الحفاظ على جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالمنشآت/المعدات/البنية التحتية بالترتيب وتحديثها بانتظام.
• إبلاغ المدير المباشر على الفور بأي مشاكل قد تنشأ أثناء العمل، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالضرر، أو الخسارة، أو السرقة أو محاولة الاقتحام.
• مساعدة قسم اللوجستيات لأي عمل مطلوب ذي صلة.
• التوفر لحالات الطوارئ

•          يشارك بنشاط في الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

·       أساسي: ان يكون المتقدم يجيد القراءة والكتابة

·       أساسي: تواجد الخبرة السابقة

·       أساسي: القدرة على القيام بالإصلاحات الأساسية.

·       أساسي: أن يتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة، واجادة اللغة الانجليزية.

موقع العمل:                     مستشفى المواساة، ماركا الشمالية، عمان، الأردن.

حالة العقد:                      ليس على نظام العقود، حيث سيتم العمل على نظام المياومة والدفع سيتم بناء على احتساب ساعات العمل المنفذة يومياً.

تاريخ البدء:                         عند الحاجة وفي الحالات الطارئة.

Multi Tasks Technician – in daily worker status

CONTEXT

Médecins Sans Frontières is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation. Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic and maxillo-facial) to war wounded people and providing comprehensive health care. MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.

Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery Hospital in Amman is therefore open the vacancy to feed its pool of Multi Tasks Technician.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION

Perform repair / maintenance / construction works, according to the supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards, in order to ensure proper operations and prevent faults / deterioration of MSF equipment / installations / infrastructures.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out all minor works (construction, repairs, etc.) requested by the line manager, as well as any task identified by the employee and approved by the line manager.
• Perform regular maintenance of MSF installations / equipment / infrastructures (base, house, store, warehouse, health centre, hospital, etc.), particularly in line with a preventive maintenance plan (procedures to follow, schedule, etc.).
• In the event of faults / deterioration, diagnose the problem and propose possible solutions to the line manager and/or technical adviser.
• Perform any necessary tests / checks to confirm the proper operation of the installation or equipment after repair.
• Ensure effective management, protection and care of work tools (including site installations under the employee’s supervision) and keep the workshop tidy.
• Ensure that there are adequate stocks of consumables and materials for minor repairs and manage those stocks; placing orders in time.
• Keep all documents related to installations / equipment / infrastructures in order and update them regularly.
• Immediately inform the line manager of any problems that arise in the course of the work, particularly with regard to damage, loss, theft or attempted break-ins.
• Assist logistics department for any related work needed.
• Availability for emergencies
• Participates actively in meetings and trainings.

PROFILE

• Required: reading and writing
• Required: previous experience is.
• Essential: ability to do basic repairs.
• Essential: Fluency in Arabic and good in English

WORK LOCATION:          Amman - Al Mowasah hospital - Northern Marka

CONTRACT:                      No contracts will be signed, and payment will be based on hours performed daily

Probable start date:       Emergencies and when needed
