- Responsibilities
1. Support management in HR functions, including documentation and coordination.
2. Manage calendars, schedule and confirm meetings, prepare agendas, attend meetings with the manager, take notes, and follow up on action items.
3. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
4. Provide administrative support across the office as needed.
5. Coordinate with private companies, government authorities, and official organizations.
6. Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on product registrations with relevant regulatory agencies.
- Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
3. Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
