Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
• Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and stories optimized for different digital platforms.
• Develop website graphics, landing page visuals, and email campaign designs.
• Create short promotional videos, and reels to enhance engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing officer to develop impactful campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Design visuals for digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
• Enhance and edit images while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Ability to create engaging static and motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in designing for social media, web, and print materials.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing and content teams.
