Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and empathetic Debt Settlement Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with prospective clients experiencing financial hardship, evaluate their eligibility for debt settlement programs, educate them on available solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong objection-handling abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve financial freedom while consistently meeting sales goals. 

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.

•⁠  ⁠Conduct a thorough financial assessment to determine eligibility for debt settlement programs.

•⁠  ⁠Educate clients on the debt settlement process, benefits, risks, and expectations.

•⁠  ⁠Build trust and rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

•⁠  ⁠Present customized debt relief solutions based on each client’s financial situation.

•⁠  ⁠Effectively overcome objections and close sales.

•⁠  ⁠Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

•⁠  ⁠Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.

•⁠  ⁠Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

•⁠  ⁠Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including:
    * Calls handled
    * Talk time
    * Conversion rate
    * Enrollment volume
    * Revenue targets

Qualifications

•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in Debt Settlement, Debt Relief, Financial Services, or Inside Sales is preferred.

•⁠  ⁠Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

•⁠  ⁠Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

•⁠  ⁠Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to build rapport quickly with clients in sensitive financial situations.

•⁠  ⁠Experience using CRM systems and sales dialers is preferred.

•⁠  ⁠Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
