Job Description and Requirements

Administrative and executive supervision of the credit portfolio management and efficient management of relationships with large corporate clients. This includes actively participating in the preparation of plans, budget estimates, and marketing plans with the aim of increasing the bank's market share, achieving high profitability, and enhancing productivity within the policies and guidelines established by the bank.

Business Planning and development:

  • Participating in setting desired goals for the corporate sector.
  • Defining clear and achievable goals for the Team.
  • Contributing to the development of the operational plan to ensure goals achievements, in addition to Actively monitoring accomplishments and progress and promptly correcting any deviations from plan.
  • Participating in proposing new services and products or improving existing ones. This involves staying attuned to the actual needs of the banking sector, especially Those Related to Large corporate services.
  • Overseeing the resolution of issues in credit portfolios, suggesting and implementing solutions, and working to minimize risks to the lowest possible level.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Developing relationships with clients and enhancing the concept of strategic partnership with them to achieve Portfolio growth.
  • Overseeing the management of relationships with corporate clients, particularly focusing on key clients, with the aim of increasing the bank's market share.
  • Handling all aspects related to customer relationship management, including retention of existing clients and the attraction of new ones.
  • Understanding the credit needs of clients and being aware of their future plans.
  • Effective participation in marketing the bank's products.

Supervising credit studies: involves overseeing and managing the credit analysis process. This responsibility encompasses various aspects related to assessing the creditworthiness of businesses seeking financial assistance.

And it includes follows:

  • Supervising and managing the credit analysis team to ensure accurate assessments of credit applications.
  • Understanding the risk associated with extending credit to different clients.
Ensure that all credit transactions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements. And abide by the instructions issued by the Central Bank of Jordan.
 

Team & People Management:

  • Supervising administratively and executively the employees to ensure the accomplishment of the required tasks.
  • Overseeing the training of employees and enhancing their core values, leadership, and technical abilities.
  • Creating an ideal working environment with a spirit of teamwork.
  • Promoting awareness of a performance culture by setting goals, establishing indicators, and measuring them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance & Banking or in any related field.
  • Solid Knowledge in trade Business And Products .
  • Full knowledge of the instructions of the Central Bank
  • Full knowledge of all banking business, banking customs, and credit policy.
  • (15) years as a minimum in the relevant banking fields.
