Key Responsibilities:
Email Management: Handle and maintain 10 professional email accounts (Microsoft 365) efficiently.
Outbound Outreach: Send 150 personalized emails daily (15 per account) to potential customers, introducing our services and generating leads.
Follow-Up & Organization: Keep email communication well-organized, track responses, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Client Communication: Respond to inquiries from potential customers in a professional and timely manner, addressing their software engineering needs and offering suitable solutions.
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and keeping them engaged.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve engagement rates.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on email outreach success rates, response rates, and conversions, optimizing processes for better results.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or email outreach is a plus.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach emails.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and email management tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
