تفاصيل الوطيفة :
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and client specifications through rigorous testing and inspection.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of woodworking machinery and tools, ensuring safety compliance.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and industry regulations are adhered to in the factory.
- Reporting & Documentation.

المهارات :
-
· Bachelor’s degree in Fine arts - Applied arts.
· 3+ years of experience in wood manufacturing, furniture production, or related fields.
. Strong knowledge of wood processing techniques, CNC machinery, and woodworking tools.
. Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
. Preferred Experience:
. Experience in custom furniture manufacturing or large-scale wood production.
. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
. Background in factory automation and production line optimization.
. Experience with production planning software and ERP systems.
