Your Day as an Operations Officer at EPPS Might Include:
• First Point of Contact: Acting as the initial point of communication for the Sales Department, responding to internal inquiries and providing departments with services and information needed.
• Quotations Management: Preparing and issuing accurate price quotations for clients based on product specifications, pricing strategy, and commercial guidelines.
• ERP Order Processing: Utilizing the company’s ERP system to create, track, and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free documentation across the supply chain.
• Client Communication: Acting as a professional point of contact for clients, maintaining active and courteous email correspondence to follow up on orders, clarifying requirements, and handling general inquiries.
• Commercial Reporting: Providing regular data-driven reports and performance insights to the Commercial Manager, enabling smarter business decisions and tracking key operational metrics.
• Data Analysis: Conducting detailed analysis of operational and sales data to identify trends, highlight issues, and support forecasting and planning efforts.
• Process Coordination: Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure accurate execution of orders from quotation to delivery.
• Documentation Handling: Maintaining organized digital records of client correspondence, order details, and quotations for audit-readiness and smooth retrieval.
