Description

• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s operations.
• Office Procurement & Services: Overseeing the purchasing of office assets and supplies and managing printing and copying service requirements.
• Consumables & Facility Maintenance: Purchasing consumables for internal company use and ensuring regular maintenance and upkeep of the company building.
• Administrative Task Execution: Organizing, scheduling, and following up on administrative projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
• Professional Communication: Responding to phone calls, emails, and social media messages with professionalism and a high standard of customer service.
• Inventory Oversight: Maintaining inventory of consumables and office supplies by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting supply orders.
• Equipment Oversight: Ensuring operational readiness of office equipment by conducting preventive maintenance, initiating repairs, managing stock levels, and evaluating new equipment and technology.

    • Experience: 2–5 years in administrative or office management roles.

    • Professional Demeanor: Demonstrated ability to interact with internal teams and external service providers in a professional manner.
    • Facility Oversight: Experience in managing office premises, including vendor follow-ups and maintenance scheduling, is a plus.
