What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process child support payments, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing
• Accurately key data with attention to detail
• Meet stringent schedules and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to varied schedules and overtime as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Must reside in one of the specified states for consideration
