We are looking for a Team Lead or Branch Supervisor to manage our Team on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and directing visitors in person or on the phone
• Manage team
• Taking orders and proceeding accurately
• Answering or referring inquiries from customers, clients, or the public
• Maintaining employee and department directories
• Scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for executives or customers
• Sorting and delivering mail to employees
• Performing clerical tasks such as filing, copying
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history
• Customer Engagement and Service: _Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly._
Requirements:
• Languages: Arabic (Preferred) , Good English
• Must have experience in Food and Beverage industry
• 2 to 5 years of UAE experience and previous work in a similar concept or trade are mandatory.
• Candidates must meet the qualifications specified in the job Post.
