تدير منظمة أطباء بلا حدود برنامج الجراحة الترميمية في عمان، الذي افتتح في عام 2006، وهو يتيح الوصول إلى الجراحة الترميمية (جراحة العظام والبلاستيك والوجه والفكين) لجرحى الحرب ويوفر رعاية صحية شاملة. تهدف منظمة أطباء بلا حدود إلى تحديد وإحالة المرضى من الدول المجاورة (العراق واليمن وسوريا والدول الأخرى التي تعاني من نزاعات) ثم ضمان متابعتهم الطبية بعد الخروج من المستشفى.

لذلك يقوم مستشفى أطباء بلا حدود للجراحة الترميمية في عمان بتعيين عامل مجال نظافة وإصلاح بيئي بنظام المياومة.

الوصف الوظيفي:

داخل المباني الخارجية لمستشفى الجراحة الترميمية / مستشفى المواساة، تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء المياه والصرف الصحي المنشأة وعملياتها، وفقًا لمعايير النظافة والصرف الصحي وبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، من أجل ضمان حسن سير أنشطة عامل الأصلاح البيئي لتحسين الظروف الصحية للأشخاص المعنيين.

المهام الوظيفية

• القيام بالأنشطة اليومية مثل جمع النفايات وفرزها قبل التخلص منها، والحفاظ على جميع المناطق الخارجية للمستشفى في ظروف نظيفة وصحية.
• معرفة وتطبيق معايير الأمن والنظافة فيما يتعلق بتشغيل البنية التحتية، والاهتمام بسلامته / سلامتها.
• إبلاغ المدير المباشر و / أو المستشار الفني بأي حوادث قد تهدد سلامته / سلامتها (أو سلامة الآخرين) أو أمنه.
• ضمان توافر جميع المواد والمعدات واستخدامها بشكل صحيح.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

·       ان يكون المتقدم يجيد القراءة والكتابة

·       لا يشترط الخبرة السابقة

·       أن يتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة، واجادة اللغة الانجليزية

موقع العمل:                     مستشفى المواساة، ماركا الشمالية، عمان، الأردن.

حالة العقد:                      ليس على نظام العقود، حيث سيتم العمل على نظام المياومة والدفع سيتم بناء على احتساب ساعات العمل المنفذة يومياً.

تاريخ البدء:                         عند الحاجة وفي الحالات الطارئة.

WATSAN AGENT – in daily worker status

CONTEXT

Médecins Sans Frontières is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed, or political affiliation. Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic and maxillo-facial) to war wounded people and providing comprehensive health care. MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.

Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery Hospital in Amman is therefore open the vacancy to feed it’s pool of WATSAN Agents.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION

Within the outdoor premises of the reconstructive Surgery Hospital / AMH, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and trouble-shooting the Water Hygiene Sanitation (Watsan) facility and its processes, according to hygiene and sanitation standards and MSF protocols, to ensure a proper functioning of Watsan activities to improve the health conditions of the target population.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing the Watsan day-to-day activities such as collecting and sorting wastes before disposal, maintaining all outside areas of the hospital in clean and hygenic conditions
• Knowing and applying security and hygiene standards regarding the operation of WHS infrastructure, taking care of his/her own safety.
• Informing the line manager and/or technical adviser of any incidents that might compromise his/her (or that of others) safety or security.
• Ensuring the availability and correct usage of all material and equipment.

PROFILE

• Required: reading and writing
• Experience is not required
• Essential: Fluency in Arabic and good in English.

WORK LOCATION:          Amman - Al Mowasah hospital - Northern Marka

CONTRACT:                      No contracts will be signed, and payment will be based on hours performed daily

Probable start date:       Emergencies and when needed
