We are currently hiring an experienced Visa Consultant with a proven background in student, business, and travel visa applications across all major global destinations. This role is strictly for candidates with prior visa consulting or immigration experience. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

About the Role

As our Visa Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding students, professionals, and travelers through successful visa applications. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ futures—whether pursuing higher education, international work, or global mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on student, travel, and business visa applications for destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
• Manage end-to-end visa processes: document preparation, form completion, and submission.
• Conduct mock visa interviews and coach clients on embassy expectations.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy policies, and country-specific requirements.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide post-visa support, including accommodation, insurance, and travel guidance.
• Translate visa-related documents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all client cases.
• Represent Bridge International at educational fairs, embassy briefings, and events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in visa consulting or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of student, business, and travel visa procedures for multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
