Bridge International for Academic Services, Jordan’s leading educational institution, is seeking a confident and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist (Influencer) to be the primary face of our brand across Instagram, Facebook, and digital promotional channels.

In this role, you will take the lead in conceptualizing, producing, and appearing in daily video content that reflects the mission and values of Bridge. You will be the driving force behind the brand’s visual and personal connection with students and parents, delivering compelling narratives through reels, stories, and high-quality marketing videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear on-camera daily in stories, reels, and marketing campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop monthly content plans and lead the creation of engaging and informative video content.
• Collaborate with videographers to shoot and edit high-quality promotional materials.
• Apply creative strategies to stay ahead of content trends and maximize audience engagement.
• Engage actively with followers through story replies, comments, and DMs.
• Ensure every video is professionally edited, with strong visual storytelling.
• Learn or further develop skills in animation and motion graphics to elevate visual content.

Requirements

• A charismatic and confident on-camera presence; comfort with daily filming is essential.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media engagement, and short-form video storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software; animation/motion graphics experience is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
• Strong command of English, with professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of visual identity and storytelling.
