Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineer (Showroom), your role involves supporting solution selling, delivering powerful presentations and demos, and assisting clients in understanding how a product meets their needs by customizing products to fit specific client requirements. This job is Mainly based in our showroom in Khalda, however you will occassionally rotate to our other showroom in Al-Hurriyeh. 

Responsibilities:

• Provides Technical and Financial Offers: Prepare and deliver technical and financial proposals to customers.
• Communicate with factory to ensure inventory availability.
• Provide on-site technical support and assist with customer inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain and expand a working knowledge of current and future product offerings.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Check in with customers who visited showroom.
• Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow up with customers on the progress of their orders.
• Related Duties: Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• B.A in Civil Engineering.

Languages:

• Arabic (Native)
• English (very good, written and verbal)

Years of experience:

• 0-2 years of experience.

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• problem-solving skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
