Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning, implementation, and reporting of the SEED Jordan project, ensuring that all components are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and in alignment with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Job Task and Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Lead the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the project.
- Develop detailed project implementation and procurement plans.
- Supervise and support the field team, consultants, and implementing partners.
- Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders including CBOs, microfund providers, and government partners.
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities to track progress toward outcomes.
- Ensure all narrative and financial reports are timely and accurately submitted to the donor.
- Approve visibility materials and ensure adherence to Enabel’s branding guidelines.
- Coordinate seed fund and grant distribution processes.
- Manage project risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Liaise with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliance.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of project management experience, with a strong background in entrepreneurship, MSME support, or economic empowerment programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with international donors, preferably Enabel or EU-funded projects.
- Language proficiency in English and Arabic.

- Strong Communication Skills: Able to effectively interact with internal teams, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
