Amman Baptist School is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a solid understanding of language teaching methodologies, and a genuine interest in helping learners achieve fluency and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students at varying proficiency levels.

• Develop and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of learners.

• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and class participation

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Promote critical thinking, reading comprehension, and effective writing skills

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

• Communicate regularly with parents and participate in school events and meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English language or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of English language teaching experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
