1. Director, Sustainability Advisory Services (Specializing in strategy, implementation, and/or reporting)

Job Summary:
The Director will lead our sustainability advisory services, with an emphasis on sustainability reporting, strategy, implementation, sustainable finance, and climate-related services. This role involves team management, client relationship building, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple service lines and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our sustainability advisory services, including managing a high volume of sustainability reporting clients in addition to influential projects in our related advisory service lines
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success
• Develop strong client relationships and expand the client base
• Contribute to the overall strategy and management of the organization
• Represent the company at speaking events and conferences
• Monitor trends in sustainability strategy, management and reporting, and drive innovation
• Meet revenue and performance targets

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sustainability reporting, strategy, or related fields
• Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, IFRS, SASB, TCFD)
• Proven experience in managing teams and successful project delivery
• Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Arabic speaking is a plus
• Public speaking experience is a plus

2. Manager, Sustainability Advisory Services

Job Summary:
The Manager will lead multiple client projects related to sustainability reporting, strategy, implementation, climate, and/or sustainable finance consultancy. This role involves project management, client communications, budgeting, and team development while driving business growth and securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate on resource management strategies and financial planning.
• Provide specialized sustainability advisory services across various focus areas.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and training.
• Review outputs for quality and clarity before client submission.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and drive business development.
• Manage and develop a team of advisors, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within sustainability consultancy sector.
• Expertise in sustainability reporting, strategy, climate and/or sustainable finance.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in business development and team management.
• Arabic speaking is a plus
