Opportunity
The Caseworker will work closely with other caseworkers, interns , and attorneys in the screening and service provision of refugee beneficiaries.
The caseworker will report to the Casework Manager. The caseworker conducts in-person and phone interviews with refugee applicants and clients. In coordination with the legal team, the caseworker screens refugee applicants to ensure programmatic standards and criteria are met and adherence to IRAP policies and procedures.
The caseworker serves as the client’s point of contact in managing client cases and ensures appropriate client service provision per IRAP standards.
The caseworker will also be drafting resettlement referral requests for legal team review and submission.

- The position is based in Jordan.
- This position may require travel to other IRAP locations including but not limited to Berlin, Beirut, and the US.
- This position requires office availability consistent with IRAP Jordan’s hybrid work policy.
- Authorization to work in Jordan is required.
Compensation
($54,782 - $63,507) a year
Compensation at IRAP is based on education, experience, and internal equity.
The annual full-time equivalent salary range for this position is:
($54,782 - $63,507) commensurate with experience, education, internal equity, and office location.
