RCD Media Group is a group of companies working in cinema and digital production.

We are looking for a candidate to work with us as a Business Development Executive.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets

2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

3. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

4. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

5. Promote and bring leads to 3 Media and Creative companies under one group: INQ Films (video production), SeaMantis ( VFX and Motion graphics), and IMPRESSIONS ( Digital and Social Media Marketing)

6. Research for business opportunities through tenders and look for sites that announce tender opportunities.

7. Willing to travel.

Qualifications

- 7 to 8 years sales experience.

- Good knowledge of social media, GFX, and video production, with proven experience in one of these areas.

- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• Monthly salary based on the years of experience and the demonstrated skills , target-based percentage, and medical insurance.
• Performance will determine the monthly review of the contract.
