Job Summary

As a Foreign Purchasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless procurement and supply chain operations. Your expertise will drive the sourcing of high-quality products and materials from international markets, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Working closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams, you will be at the heart of optimizing procurement strategies to meet the company’s operational and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the procurement of group products, including packaging machinery, materials, and factory-required items. Implement effective sourcing strategies and build strong supplier relationships.
• Manage the entire shipment process post-procurement to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve any shipment-related challenges.
• Issue ACID through the Nafeza portal system (MTS) to meet import/export regulations and ensure efficient documentation processing.
• Oversee the CargoX cycle and documentation for international shipping.
• Organize and attend meetings with local and international suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure competitive agreements.
• Partner with the sales team to understand product needs, fulfill procurement requirements, and support alignment with sales goals.
• Generate accurate price quotations based on the company’s pricing system and work with finance to ensure compliance and profitability.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, address inventory issues, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Conduct regular data analysis, track procurement and shipment performance, and evaluate supplier effectiveness to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Age: ≤ 35 years.
• Experience: 3–6 years in foreign purchasing, with expertise in the European market and procurement processes.
•Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
•Technical Skills
• Proficiency in shipping, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting).
• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Negotiation: Skilled at securing favorable terms/agreements with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to optimize supply chain operations.
• Accuracy: High precision in procurement, pricing, and shipment tracking.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
