Support Managers
Keep up with Trello updates to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in hiring processes, including conducting second interviews.
Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide coverage during emergencies, such as callouts.
Remote CCTV Monitoring:
Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure the safety and security of premises.
Identify and report suspicious activities, potential threats, or operational irregularities in real time.
Analyze footage for incidents, customer interactions, and store compliance.
Provide actionable feedback to store managers, including upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of monitoring activities for review by the management team.
Operational Support and Oversight:
Collaborate with store managers to address performance issues and operational improvements.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide timely follow-up on identified gaps, offering suggestions for improvement.
Support training efforts by sharing observed best practices with managers and staff.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure CCTV equipment is functional and efficient.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, monitoring outcomes, and store feedback.
Participate in strategy meetings to discuss operational and security enhancements.
Use tools like Trello and project management platforms to organize workflows and updates.
Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members for the CCTV operations team.
Team and Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with store teams and sales representatives to relay actionable insights.
Address escalations related to security concerns or operational inefficiencies.
Maintain professional relationships with team members while ensuring high-performance standards.
Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers.
Relay customer complaints and concerns to management promptly.
Accurately handle money and provide detailed sales reports.
Collaborate effectively to meet sales targets.
Execute assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in store operations, CCTV monitoring, security operations
or a related field.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Stable, high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted operations.
Exceptional follow-up and analytical skills to ensure continuous improvement in-store performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Proven experience in managing teams, particularly in retail or operational settings.
Solid understanding of inventory management, financial operations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Leadership and team-building capabilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
