Description
Support the design of infrastructure and network architectures for on-premises, cloud, or
hybrid environments.
● Assist in defining network topology designs, segmentation, connectivity, and availability
models.
● Contribute to security architecture components including IAM, network security, endpoint
security, and logging.
● Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs,
and other security technologies.
● Prepare architecture diagrams, infrastructure blueprints, and technical design
documents.
● Develop and maintain network security policies, standards, principles and procedures.
● Support capacity planning, performance considerations, and high-availability designs.
● Assist in aligning infrastructure solutions with cybersecurity policies and compliance
frameworks.
● Participate in vendor evaluations and solution comparisons (hardware, cloud, security
tools).
● Work with implementation teams to ensure solutions are deployed according to
approved designs.
● Identify infrastructure risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
Job Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
● 2 years of experience in infrastructure, network, or security technologies.
● Good understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, virtualization).
● Solid knowledge of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, SDN, firewalls,
switching, routing protocols, load balancing).
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google, AWS, Azure, OCI, or equivalent).
● Understanding of core security concepts (network security, IAM, encryption, logging).
● Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
● Ability to work in structured, governed IT environments.
