A labor organization is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the following position:

1. Business Development Expert

Position Title: Business Development Expert

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to support organizational goals.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with local and international entities to enhance collaboration.
• Improve member services through innovative developmental programs and provide regular updates.
• Manage and monitor developmental projects to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance performance and sustain revenue sources.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance and achievements for senior management.
• Lead, manage, and execute a professional project, ensuring alignment with planned activities and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to support training content and initiatives.
• Develop an actionable business development plan aligned with the national TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) strategy.
• Establish a website and email system to support marketing activities and effective communication.
• Prepare communication materials, including promotional content and social media materials.
• Monitor and update the marketing plan according to labor market requirements.
• Develop project proposals to secure funding for future training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development.
• Strong leadership and training skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Extensive knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
• Excellent negotiation skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in preparing analytical reports and research studies.
• Proven experience in handling donor-funded projects (local and international).

Project Duration:
The project duration is no more than 150 working days during the implementation period.
